Botanical PaperWorks Wins Three 2025 PPPC Awards

Botanical PaperWorks celebrates major wins in Toronto, taking home three PPPC Awards!

The PPPC Awards are a highlight of the year, bringing together the best in the promotional products industry to celebrate innovation, creativity, and hard work. This annual event recognizes suppliers and distributors who have developed standout products and services over the past year.

It was exciting to see the range of creative work being recognized and to celebrate alongside the teams who made it happen. A heartfelt thank you to the Promotional Products Professionals of Canada (PPPC) for hosting such a memorable event and shining a spotlight on the amazing work happening across the promo industry!

We were honored to be named finalists in three categories. Here’s a look at what we won!

Handmade Soap, Gold for Made in Canada

This thoughtful promotional product made by Botanical PaperWorks for Roper Greyell LLP and distributor Image Group Inc. featured handcrafted, Canadian-made soaps wrapped in plantable seed paper. Designed to feel like a thoughtful gift rather than a typical giveaway, the soaps aligned perfectly with the theme of wellness and care for HR professionals, an audience dedicated to supporting others. Offering three unique varieties, including an unscented option, the product felt personal and inclusive while the plantable packaging reinforced sustainability and zero waste. The result was a standout campaign that sparked genuine connections.

Mini Eco Homelife Kits, Bronze for Most Creative New Promotional Product

The Mini Eco Homelife Gift Set was designed as a thoughtful, sustainable gifting option for corporate clients, making it easy to express appreciation while staying true to eco-conscious values. Compact yet luxurious, the set features handmade soy and coconut wax candles, natural soap bars, and locally sourced beeswax wraps, all presented in fully compostable packaging with 100% recycled filler. Its minimalist, eco-friendly design not only stands out in a market full of mass-produced gifts but also offers customization options like branded stickers and labels to personalized insert cards, allowing clients to create a unique unboxing experience. With a variety of scent options the kit delivers a sustainable, elegant, and memorable way to show appreciation.

Supplier of the Year, Small Enterprise

Last but definitely not least, we’ve been named Supplier of the Year (Small Enterprise)! This recognition reflects not just the work we do, but the dedication, creativity, and collaboration of our entire team. As our CEO shared with team after the win, “When we get recognized like this, it’s because we did it TOGETHER! A company doesn’t just receive honors like this by accident, it’s because of each person’s day-in and day-out commitment to doing good work, to finding ways to improve, to always be growing in capacity and capability, and most importantly, to working together.”

These awards are a testament to the passion and teamwork that drives everything we do and we couldn’t have achieved it without every single person on our team. Special thanks to the distributors who voted for us for the Supplier of the Year award. You helped make this recognition possible.
