Strategy and Execution

Brooklyn Urban Garden Charter School provides hands-on, interdisciplinary education with a focus on real-world problem solving and the exploration of sustainability. The school was looking for a creative way to help nurture growing relationships with prospective families and wanted a promotional product that would also grow. In the past, they used seed packets but this year they wanted something different, less bulky and easier to use so they decided to use a seed paper giveaway.

Mini Slot Cards With Plantable Shapes from Botanical PaperWorks are an affordable option that would give seeds to the recipients in a more creative, symbolic, and fun way. They mailed out about 800 of the plantable promotions and handed out the rest personally for staff appreciation, PTA and volunteer thank yous.

Results

Brooklyn Urban Garden Charter School got tons of positive feedback about the seed paper promotion and met their objectives to nurture relationships while sending a powerful message about sustainability and growth.
