Here’s What You’ll Need:

Making the Plantable Easter Carrot Boxes:

Easy to print, trim and fold, this fun craft is perfect for all skill levels so children will enjoy making them, too. Whether you place them in a traditional Easter basket or display them on the table, recipients will be thrilled when they realize that they can create something special instead of simply tossing them in the trash after.

Step 1) Print the PDF on carrot seed paper and cut out the design using the black line as your guide. Try to cut just inside the black to keep the paper nice and clean.

Step 2) Use a bone fold to score along the white dotted lines.

Step 3) Fold along all the scores and use a touch of glue to adhere the flap to the inside of the 4th panel.

Step 4) If you don’t have ribbon you can simply close the top of the carrot-like you would a petal card. Or if you’re attaching a ribbon, use a single hold puncher, add a hole to two of the top flaps and thread through the ribbon.
