It’s a wonderful combination of a delicious cake with a beautiful shape. What immediately came to my mind looking at the pictures is the gift I’m gonna give to my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day. I’ve made a private booking for one of the courses organized by a cooking school here in Vancouver – cooking classes for couples and your recipe will most certainly be among the first ones we’ll try together. So it fits in perfectly with my romantic plans. 🙂 Log in to Reply
It says 4oz bittersweet chocolate, but not the amount of chocolate chips. Could you let me know how much chocolate chips please? Thanks it looks yummy. Log in to Reply
Mary, good catch, sorry about that! It’s 1/2 cup of chocolate chips! I’ll change/add that right away. And Mike, that sounds amazing! She will no doubt be blown away by your plans and the tasty treat. LOVE hearing your comments, hope you both enjoy ( and Mike I would love to know how it turns out)! Laura
