When it comes to ordering event stationery for weddings, baby showers and other special occasions looks matter. From the typesetting to the colors, you want to be confident that your stationery will be picture-perfect when your guests receive it. To help you understand more about how the proofing process works at Botanical PaperWorks, we’ve answered some common questions from our customers.

Why can’t I see a live preview with my text and colors?

At Botanical PaperWorks, our team takes a more hands-on approach to customization. Rather than offering a live preview function, our design team will create your personalized proof for you. We do this because sometimes it takes an expert eye to make adjustments.

When do I get a proof?

For some products, you will receive a digital proof without having to request it, and for some products like eco-friendly wedding favors, the digital proof is optional since those products typically have less customization. Once your order is placed, and if it requires a digital proof, we’ll email it to you within 1 business day.

What if I need changes?

No problem! You can request changes up to two times, free of charge. That includes text edits, color changes, design changes, etc. We’ll work with you to get your stationery Pinterest ready!

My text doesn’t fit in the pre-set lines, what do I do?

When placing your order, make a note in the Special Instructions box on the final step of the checkout process that outlines the additional text you would like added. Additional words, lines of text, and website URLs can easily be added to most designs.

You can also give us a call ahead of time if you have any concerns about your text not fitting in the design and we can take a look before the order is even placed.

What if I change my mind?

If for any reason you don’t love your proof or you simply changed you mind about the order, you can request a full refund. As long as your proof hasn’t been approved and sent off to print, nothing is ever final. We want you to love your stationery and that is always our priority.
