Plantable Botanical Heart Memorial Cards

These memorial cards honour your loved one in a meaningful way. The plantable hearts are printed with a delicate botanical design and come adhered to a personalized kraft paper card.

Rather than embedding real floral elements into the paper, the floral design is printed on the seed paper heart shapes. This means more consistent results, while still capturing an organic, earthy feeling. The design is set up so that there is some variety from shape to shape, creating a more natural look overall.

Wildflower Seed Mix: Grows a blend of colorful wildflowers including Bird’s Eye, Clarkia, Black Eyed Susan, Sweet Alyssum, Catchfly and Snapdragon.

Plant seed paper under 1/8" of soil. Water thoroughly. Place in a sunny corner and keep moist during germination.
