The personalized seed packages were a wonderful option as a sympathy gift. However, during the order process, I could find is no way to provide a message to the recipient to express sympathy or even her know who the package was from.

I specified delivery to the cousin whose brother had died, but instead Botanical Paperworks sent the package to me. By then it was so late that I had to send the package priority mail to my cousin.

      Hi Kate,

We do have a “Special Instructions” box during checkout, so if for future orders you would like to have a message included to the recipient you can let us know there and we will add it to the order.

That is very unfortunate that the package did not arrive at the address where you were expecting it to. There were no special instructions added to the order, so it was fulfilled as it was ordered.

Please reach out if you have any further questions or concerns about this order!

My shopping experience was excellent but as others before me have mentioned the seeds cover the name on the card-my solution was to open every packet, remove the card, turn it over and slide it back into the envelope so that the seeds are on the back and the name/message is in the front.

I don’t understand why you don’t do this in the first place when preparing the order-it would totally solve the problem of the seeds covering the name and/or message on the card.

      Hi Kim,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know that the placement of the text was covered by the seeds. Your suggestion has been forwarded for immediate review to the product development team and we will be changing where the artwork is on this item.

      Sincerely,

  3. Sharon P

I loved the packet and engraving but the seeds covered up my son’s name, which was really disappointing. Other than that, you did a great job!

      Hi Sharon,

We appreciate your feedback and for letting us know about the issue with the location of the text.

We just had a similar comment from another customer that placed an order around the same time and we have since moved the artwork up.

      Thank you,

  4. Antoinette P

The shopping experience was great. However, the seeds are in the front of the packet and obscure the name of the deceased – even after aggressive shaking to move them down. The seeds should be at the back of the packet and not in the front.

      Hi Antoinette,

Thank you very much for your recent order with us and for your feedback. We do take into account customer comments and appreciate your input.

We have moved the artwork up in order to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Do you happen to have any left over? If so, we’d love it if you could send us a picture so we can make sure that we’ve adjusted it enough.

      Thank you,
