The product is great — lots to choose from to meet your interests and needs.
Customer service is accommodating and pleasant.
I found the template and instructions online difficult to work with, but customer service connected me directly to the design team and that worked well.
My only dissatisfaction is that I forgot to add the planting instructions to my template (which comes on the standard template) and now I need to add that information to the 1,500 seed packets I purchased.
I wish the design team had caught my error.
