Seed Paper Order Preparation Times

Within North America:

  • Plantable favors, invitations, birth announcements, place cards, and other retail seed paper products from Wedding, Events, and Memorial will ship 1 – 3 business days after the customer approves the proof.
  • Seed paper orders of less than 500 sheets will ship in 1 – 5 business days.
  • Custom-printed Business & Promo items (such as business cards, coasters, bookmarks and hang tags,) of up to 5,000 units will ship 5 – 10 business days from artwork approval. Please contact us to confirm or for lead times on orders of over 5,000 units.

Outside North America:

  • All orders will take 7-10 business to prepare due to documentation requirements. (See note below for details)

Rush service is available for some orders – please contact us to inquire.

NOTE: Orders outside North America require special documentation for the seeds to be shipped. We manage this process for you, but please note that it will add to the production time so your order will take 7-10 days to prepare for shipping. If you are working with a firm deadline to receive your order, please contact our customer support team to check current lead times for international orders.

Shipping Times

Botanical PaperWorks uses Ground or Air for all seed paper product shipments. Ground Service is the default shipping method and takes 3-7 business days to most destinations within the US and Canada. You will receive an email with your order’s tracking number on the day your order is shipped.

Canadian customers may also choose Priority Air service for quicker delivery of 1-2 business days. You will be given the choice of both services during checkout.

Air Service is not available for customers in the US at this time. That means we currently cannot ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

International customers may choose between Worldwide Saver, which takes 2-3 business days, or Worldwide Expedited for delivery within 3-7 business days.

We ship to Canada, the US, & many other countries

See below for a list of countries that we have shipped our seed paper products to. We can ship to many destinations in North America (excluding Mexico), the European Union, and many other countries worldwide. Please note that countries outside of these locations may require you to apply for an entry permit.
