{inspiration board} Private Treehouse Elopement with Aubergine, Wine, Amber, and Copper

Taking off to say “I do” together in a private elopement brings with it new freedoms. Without the long guest list, it’s possible to get hitched in any location of the imagination, from snowy mountaintops to tucked away coves or the deep woods.

With or without the gathering restrictions of 2020, private elopements have been becoming more popular. Looking at this dreamy, treetop-lookout-styled elopement photoshoot, it’s clear to see why!

The rustic wood grains, fallen leaves, dried florals, candle-lit tablescapes, and plant-dyed crushed silk velvet decor, came together in a distinctly vintage-meets-bohemian way that’s both memorable and chic.

Collaborating with several vendors, including M Element Events and Marcucci Photography, Botanical PaperWorks provided seed paper sheets and the stylists created their own custom-made vow cards for Sarah and Kate to write their vows on. There’s something so symbolic about vows that can be planted after reading them out loud!
